Role in CRIBS:
Joseph joined the team in May, 2019 as Welbodi Partnership’s Logistics Officer. I see myself as the man with many hands as I work with all projects and at the centre of all activities. Being the logistic officer does not limit my contribution to just the internal running of the organization, but also support in the organisation’s broader goal in fighting for the improvement of the health system to protect the lives of our women and children in Sierra Leone.
My experience with CRIBS:
CRIBS is a wonderful project and was my first project when I first join Welbodi Partnership. I leant so many new ideas and new approach geared toward my role as a logistic Officer. I found myself in the mixed of cultures of different nationality working at one goal. It has been fulfilling and crazy but in a good way. I love the challenge that comes with the job because I know am contributing to something that my children will one day read about and be proud because I will tell them I was part of making that happen.
The most rewarding/ fulfilling aspect of my work:
The most rewarding is me know that we are fighting for something that will bring great impact because of the wonderful work, success and achievement so far gained in all the years of working for CRIBS.
Something personal
In brief, I’m an introvert by nature and love reggae and country music and in the area of sport are table tennis, volley ball, football and reading books of adventures.
Future aspirations…
My future aspiration is to continue serving the organisation to improve and strengthen the health care of Sierra Leone in any capacity. I know it will one day serves as a testament of my labour towards my country. I want to see myself on a level of impacting and changing lives base upon my experience so far gain in working for CRIBS.
