To co-develop and evaluate a targeted, community-based postnatal intervention for women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP), to facilitate earlier detection, improved hypertension management and prevention of hypertension-mediated-organ-damage in Sierra Leone, Zambia and South Africa.
