Rosaline’s CRIBS experience:
My 4 years of work experience work on the CRIBS project supporting the programmes team on their day to day logistics, inventory control, supply chain, Human Resource, and also liaising with various stakeholders, from front-line employees to executives to achieve operational goals and improve efficiency.
Most rewarding aspect of Rosaline’s work:
The most rewarding/ fulfilling aspect of my work up to date is the point I learnt from my supervisor what my Key Performance Indicators were, learning about research and working closely with great researchers (Professor, Doctors and other key partners internally and externally) in country and from the UK as one great team to achieve the project’s overall goals and objectives.
Something personal
I love swimming even though I am not a swimmer, and I love adventure and dancing.
Future aspirations
I would love to do a PHD and Human Resource Management five years from now. I also want to learn more about health research projects, so being part of the CRIBS team is the perfect opportunity.
